- I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

- Do you have any customer testimonials or reviews?

- Can I be dropped off or picked at other destinations than the airport (i.e. the train station or city centre)?
Yes, we can arrange for multiple pick-ups or drop-offs. Just let us know at the time of booking.
- Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?
For Biarritz airport:
After you collect your luggage turn right and you will see your driver waiting for you in the arrivals hall (near the exit doors) holding a sign with the lead passenger’s name written on it.
For all other airports:
After collecting luggage look for your driver in the arrivals hall holding a sign with the lead passenger’s name written on it.
- What happens if I can’t locate my driver?
Call us on +33787010405. If I can’t answer the phone it might be because I’m still driving with clients but I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
- What happens when I get to the airport?
After passing through customs you collect your luggage at the carousel and your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall. Your name will be held up on a name board. Then your driver will lead you to the van. All of our drivers speak English and French.
- What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Your driver will wait for up to an hour free of charge. After that we will arrange for you to go on the next available transfer.
If your flight is cancelled or you miss your flight please call us as soon as possible. Once we know what your new itinerary is, we’ll reschedule your transfer and advise you of the new arrangements.
- Are you fully licenced and insured?
Biarritz Airport Transfers is a professionally-registered tourism and transport company, holding an International Passenger Transport Operator’s Licence (Licence no. 2019/75/0000729). We also have the VTC licence (EVTC064180003).
We are insured with MFA as a taxi operator and carry comprehensive vehicle, driver and passenger insurance.
- Why choose us?
Unlike other transfer companies in the area, Biarritz Airport Transfers use their own drivers and vehicles. We do not outsource your transfer to other companies. Usually the owner, James, will be your driver and he is very knowledgable about the area and has been driving in France for 10 years.
We also charge just one price for the whole minibus. Some companies will charge different prices depending on how many people are being transferred.
- I have surfboards/pushchairs/golf equipment with me, will you have space to carry them?
Our spacious minibuses have plenty of room for any sports equipment and all equipment is carried free of charge assuming it fits inside the vehicle with the passengers. Please let us know when you book if you will be bringing lots of equipment.
- Can you provide child seats?
Yes we provide child seats free of charge. EU regulations now stipulate that young travellers under the height of 1.35m (4ft 5in) are required to use either a baby seat or a booster seat. Please let us know, at the time of booking, how many child restraints you require. Children count as one passenger so bear that mind when stating the number of passengers in your group.
