Please read this before travelling with us.
To ensure we can continue to offer our transfer services and maintain the safety of staff and customers we have written the following guidelines which we need all passengers to follow.
Passenger requirements
- We require all passengers to bring their own face masks and wear them for the entire journey.
- All baggage must be loaded and unloaded by passengers.
- The front row of seats must remain empty, meaning the maximum passenger number is 6
- We will provide hand sanitiser and require all passengers to apply before entering van and throughout the journey.
We appreciate this is a difficult time for everyone, and have an upcoming booking but you feel you are unable to adhere to these guidelines then please get in touch regarding a refund. If any of these are disputed at the time of arrival then we will have to refuse the transfer and will not be offering a refund.
If passengers will not be travelling with masks then we can provide them with advance notice at a cost of €10 per mask. If no request is made and we do not have any available on the day then we will have to refuse the transfer as per guidelines above.
